Last week 30 leading management-level in-house executive search professionals joined us for a breakfast event tasked with addressing the key challenges facing in-house teams. Attendees benefited from the insight and experiences of our three specialist speakers on how to best meet these challenges and the role of technology in supporting and adding value throughout the hiring process. The practical advice offered by Aaron Webster of Capita and a reflection of their journey in implementing their in-house team was particularly well received by attendees.
The round table discussions proved equally as valuable and were a fantastic opportunity to learn and share experiences with like-minded peers. The event certainly provided food for thought around gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, the importance of brand as well as the hot topic of candidate experience.
